The West Fork Food Pantry
located at Zion St. John Lutheran Church in Sheffield has secured a permanent facility for the Food Pantry! It is located at 106 West Gilman St. in Sheffield. Plans are to move into it sometime in July. This is exciting and welcomed by many who utilize the pantry and its volunteers. Stay tuned for more updates to come!

Both St. Peter and St. Paul congregational councils have agreed at this time to follow the CDC guidelines regarding the wearing of a mask in church 9 for church services or any other activity in the church. That means that if you have had  your vaccinations, you do not need to rear a mask - the CDC has deemed it safe to go without, and studies have shown that it is less likely that you will transmit the virus as easily, once vaccinated. It is still recommended by the CDC that if you have not been vaccinated, that you continue to wear a mask indoors, for the sake of those who have not been vaccinated (especially our young children for whom the vaccine is not yet available.) The signs requiring masks have been removed from our doors, but you may continue to wear a mask if you so desire!

Congratulations to the 2021 West Fork High School Graduates!
We honored our Seniors at our worship services on May 23rd. Each student was given a special quilt for the St. Peter Quilters. The seniors honored were Megan McGuire, Noah Maske, Kayden Ames and they also remembered with love, Weston Schaefer.

Please send all announcements to St. Peter's email stpeter@netins.net. Also, the answering service has been restored to the church office phone once again. Please call the church office phone number @ 641-822-3101 to leave any messages you may have. I am at the church most nights for 4-6P. Sending an email is the best way to get a message to me. Thank you, Christy
